Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox was born in Aberdeen Scotland on December 25 1954. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox, who studied for three year in the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s was accepted. The money she earned came from an allowance for students and went off on a part-time job to supplement her budget. Lennox was of the opinion that her talents were inferior to those of her Royal Academy classmates. So she thought about alternative paths she could take. Lennox was a flute player in a band named Dragons Playground in 1976. She quit the group shortly before their appearance in I.T.V's Talent program New Faces. The main part of her role was the lead singer in The Tourists from 1977 until in 1980. There she made friends with Dave Stewart who would later create Eurythmics. Following that Lennox began to work on her first solo album Diva which was released in 1992. It was an enormous achievement as well as sales and critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennoxs Sixth Solo Album debuted in the month of October 2014. The C.D. Lennox has chosen her favorite blues, soul and jazz tunes. Lepidoptera was released by Lennox on May 19, 2019. The album is comprising four tracks that were that were improvised. The E.P. The E.P. is her debut self-produced album as well as a follow-up to the art installation she made at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art named Now I Let You go... Annie Lennox born December 25 1954 is a Scottish activist, politician and philanthropist. She is also a music producer and singer. After a brief success as a member of the new wave band The Tourists in the late 1970s she and fellow musician Dave Stewart went on to become internationally renowned as the pop duo Eurythmics during the 1980s. The year 1992 was the year Lennox began her solo career by releasing the release of her first album Diva that produced a number of hit songs, such as Why and Walking through Broken Glass. Medusa is her album of studio work from 1995. It has covers of such songs as No MoreI love Yous and The Whiter Shade of Pale. She has six solo studio albums, as well as one compilation album to her credit.
